The timeline depends on the room size, the project type, the design complexity and the planned equipment. After a site visit and project scoping we can give a more precise estimate, but most often it is around 20–30 calendar days from the start of work, subject to current workload.

There is no single universal rule for the space — a salt room can be built in both regular and more unusual floor plans. Niches, columns, beams, pipes and other features can often be incorporated into the design and turned from a defect into an effect. Basic requirements: the room must have no source of moisture; ventilation must be possible; the ceiling must be of adequate height; the floor must allow proper installation.

The price depends on the room, the square footage, the type of finish, the planned effects, equipment, lighting, underfloor heating, ventilation, the level of completion and the overall concept of the project. It also matters how much the investor's vision calls for a more standard or a bolder, more individual build. That is why every project is priced individually.

We do not work with a universal price per square metre, because a salt room is not a standard finishing service. In addition to the floor area, the equipment, effects, installations, lighting, level of finish and the specifics of the space all matter.

The process typically includes a site visit, concept development, technical planning, design and quote, construction, equipment installation, finishing work, commissioning and handover of the completed project. The scope depends on the specific project.

Depending on the project, we work with white Greek salt for the salt plaster and the floor, Himalayan salt bricks and decorative salt elements, as well as salt for the halogenerator. Standard construction materials suitable for interior use are used for the room shell.

We work with halogenerators of our own production, selected according to the type of venue, the room and the intended use. This gives us better control over tuning, maintenance and service. Depending on the project we can offer a solution for a very small room as well as a configuration where a single halogenerator serves two salt rooms simultaneously.

Yes. After installation we remain available for servicing, adjustments, consumables and repairs as needed. This is one of the advantages of in-house production. We have fast service response and spare parts on hand.

You receive a finished and operational venue, installed and configured equipment, training on how to operate the equipment, maintenance guidance and the option for ongoing support and servicing. We also share practical experience based on our own venues, including ideas for a more confident start and better client engagement.

Maintenance depends on the type of venue, the load and the equipment used. After project completion we provide guidance on operation, servicing and basic maintenance requirements. In general terms, the halogenerator requires a brief daily manual check, the salt environment is maintained periodically, and the floor salt is swept and levelled as needed.

Home solutions typically start from around 3,000 euros excluding VAT, while commercial salt rooms most often fall in the range of 6,000–9,000 euros excluding VAT. Larger spa and hotel projects are quoted individually based on the concept and equipment.
